Today, (St. David’s Day), we were out doing #LabourDoorstep in #Chepstow for Catherine Fookes, who is the Labour Party candidate for #Monmouthshire. We were up in the Bulwark / Thornwell part of town. My current parliamentary representative – for Newport East – Jessica Morden MP was out on the doors, accompanying us. Jessica moved swiftly between properties and it was pleasant seeing a seasoned Labour veteran at work. We were well received by the Chepstow public and things are looking positive here in Monmouthshire for the Labour Party.
