Today, my partner Nicola, Edwards, and I dropped leaflets for the Labour Party in Dewstow Ward and Oakley Way Street to assist ward councillor Tony Easson. The task was physically demanding due to the many flats and stairs, highlighting the hard work of postal workers and the challenges of leaflet delivery compared to doorstep campaigning.
The Labour Doorstep campaigning took place in Dewstow Ward, Caldicot, with positive reactions from residents. The convenience of campaigning in one’s own estate was notable, and Catherine Fookes was warmly welcomed by local voters.
