Jessica Morden MP participated in a Labour Party campaign door-to-door event in Magor for Catherine Fookes’ election efforts. Alongside Deb Davies and local councillors, they engaged with voters, reporting positive progress. The day concluded with Morden enjoying a pint at a recommended Italian restaurant in Magor Square.
Today, I joined the Severnside branch of the Labour Party in Magor to support general election candidate Catherine Fookes. Despite a small team and rainy, chilly weather, Cllrs Francis John Crook, Angela Sandles, Tony Easson, chair Henry Higgins, and I were warmly welcomed by the local community during our #LabourDoorstep campaign.

Today, a small group including Cllr Tony Easson and worker Ryan promoted Labour candidate Catherine Fookes in Magor. The town, near the M4, had a welcoming atmosphere. After the session, Ryan kindly drove me to Cardiff University for another political event, enhancing the day’s productive and pleasant experience.
