Caldicot Community Facebook Group Suspension #scandal #discrimination #censorship

Just logged into Caldicot Community Facebook Group to get this ‘suspension’ message – until 18th July apparently – My first ever suspension anywhere on #Facebook in over 15 years – I have had a long running dispute with the group admin and even met her about #censorship on every post I try to put in there that she automatically bans – she lets anyone have a pop at me in the group and I could prosecute many for libel including the admin for allowing slurs in there – I’m not trying to post controversial stuff – just active community events and trying to build up decent community interactions and events and entertainment (in what I jokingly refer to as #caldirot) – It’s on every subject from voluntary foreign languages I teach, to any music related activities and I have run community based music businesses here engaging with all different elements of the community, teaching and performing and running Shuffle events around the country and going back even further to local parties at the Rock & Fountain. She bans anything health-related including mental health, any political stuff, anything remotely business-oriented. I accept her power as an admin but she could at least give reason for her behaviour. Yes, well done, you were first to create the domain on Facebook. Well done love, but you are not Caldicot itself. I know I’m not the only person fed up with her antics.

I’ve lived in this beautiful little border village in #Wales since I was 3 – it’s standard practice the discrimination I get daily in a lot of places here. Please could someone tell me exactly what harm I do to you people here? it’s a #scandal and a disgrace and trust I don’t get this horrific abuse and treatment everywhere – the worst thing is I have no way of knowing why I am suspended there and no way of appealing – I have a message on the group that I was responding to about a parcel from the Royal Mail that was sent to my old address and the person who received it had kindly offered to deliver it to me as I can’t walk at present due to a back issue related to my broken femur injury – It might be an urgent parcel and I can’t contact the person who is trying to get this to me – Is it a community group or is it some admin’s personal fiefdom – Facebook should stop little Hitler’s from getting too big for their boots and anywhere else on social media hijacking’s urls and seizing community spaces – Unbelievable! It’s on every subject from voluntary foreign languages I teach, to any music related activities and I have run community based music businesses here engaging with all different elements of the community, teaching and performing and running Shuffle events around the country and going back even further to local parties at the Rock & Fountain. I’m trying to get my parcel – It wasn’t my fault it was sent to the wrong address.

I hope that Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook are able to prevent this sort of behaviour from irresponsible admins in community groups across the world who commit this sort of behaviour. Power gone right to their heads.

Apparently – according to my friends who are still in the group, the total post about the parcel from the stranger who took it in and was looking for me to get it to me and had arranged to deliver to me here at home – the whole pst has been removed and there is no trace of it so the woman who has removed the post of a lost item should be prosecuted if not for theft for aiding and abetting a criminal offence. Just be careful if you happen to post any lost and found credit cards in the group that you drop in Asda as the admin is probably collecting them all there herself. Obviously, it totally pointless going to Gwent Police to report a crime here in Caldicot.

Usually it’s the problem neighbours I have here who steal my parcels – Had about ten go missing over past 6 months alone. The above video shows some of the just frankly atrocious criminal behaviour that they exhibit in my street. As for the Facebook Caldicot Community Group admin, she regularly allows anything by the aforementioned criminals to go by unnoticed in her little fiefdom, lot of it criminal libel against me personally. Facebook group I would hazard a guess that they would be in possession of my parcel having done a deal with the group admin there. They have most of the rest of my parcels and post too. Without any form of law and order it’ s pointless trying to seek justice. Apart from certain idiots ruining the town, Caldicot is, however, a lovely place…. Just have to know which places to avoid and which places that are decent. The fire was on 13.04.2023 btw

There is currently no cash machine in Caldicot town centre,. The Post Office has closed. Loads of shops have had to shut. We’ve lost several pubs. Even the local international Equestrian centre is closing. I bet for every single one of those businesses they have tried at some point to use the Caldicot Community group and the admin there would have banned their posts. I blame her singlehandedly for the demise of this town. I am convinced that she hates Caldicot and set the group up in the first place, maliciously, with a view to ruin Caldicot.

*** Update 16.07.23 Another twi days to go before my Caldicot Community Group ban expires and I am going to try and find my parcel…. I doubt she will let me in though. this post has been going viral so I guess people will be chattering around Caldicot… If you can tell the woman who runs the group I am going to ‘Fight The Power’ and last night I was interacting with the main man – Flavor Flav from Public Enemy. He happens to be a #swiftie and I was just chatting and sharing stuff and I thought today to show some RESPECT to the main man – and to keep the local crowd happy here I’m just going post one of his big songs… Main man, pioneer, innovator, genre-defining musician… Changed the World.
